Humant Coliving is the lodging website and guest-facing identity of HUMANT, the commercial name used by sole proprietor Clara Aurora Padilla Garza, the legal operator of the business in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Humant Coliving provides short- and extended-stay accommodation and shared living and working spaces in Cancún, Mexico. Website information is provided to help prospective guests learn about our spaces, contact us, and reach our reservation provider.

Reservations may be processed by Cloudbeds or another booking channel. Prices, availability, taxes, deposits, cancellation conditions, house rules, check-in requirements, and refund terms displayed during checkout or in the booking confirmation form part of your reservation agreement.

A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us or the applicable booking provider. If website information conflicts with a completed booking confirmation, the booking confirmation controls for that reservation.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, email, or another channel, you authorize us to respond about your inquiry, reservation, stay, or requested support. We will not treat an inquiry as permission for unrelated marketing. You may ask us to stop optional communications at any time.
